What started out as a hobby between two friends researching old bourbon recipes from the 1800s quickly turned into an obsession and the birth of Dallas, County’s first distillery since the end of Prohibition and Herman Marshall's flagship Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, cream. Light rye spice in the finish.
