AMERICAN SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

Single malt whisky is the original whiskey, created a thousand years ago by Irish monks, refined by Scottish distillers and now mastered by a few Texans. American Single Malt must be made from 100% malted barley, distilled entirely at one U.S. distillery, mashed, distilled and aged in the United States, distilled to 160 proof (80% abv) or less, and matured in oak barrels and bottled at no less than 40% ABV.

Light oak wood, dried fruit and malt in the rear palate, smooth with a long finish and sweet heat.
